We cannot recommend Carmela highly enough. She went above and beyond to help us (as first home buyers) to purchase our very first property. I have never experienced better customer service. She visited us in our own home, took the time to explain things to us newbies, her responses were lightning fast (I'm talking minutes) both via phone and email and nothing was too much to ask. We had contacted her for advice on a hole that had appeared at the front of our lot prior to settlement and without being asked she was onto the developers solicitors and it was repaired the next day (with photos in our inbox)! Settlement could not have been smoother and she made sure we were well prepared. Thankyou so much for your professionalism Carmela we will recommend you to all our friends and family!
